About the clinic
A small clinic, on purpose.
Parkview opened in 2008 with two doctors and one receptionist. We have grown carefully since — four doctors and two practice nurses now — but deliberately stayed small enough that whoever answers the phone recognises your voice.
The clinic is fully step-free, with an on-site treatment room for minor procedures and point-of-care blood testing, so most results come back the same day rather than the following week.

Confidential appointments with a female clinician available every weekday, in a dedicated clinic room.

Diagnostics & Testing
On-site testing with same-day results for most common investigations, so you are not waiting a fortnight to find out nothing is wrong.

- Referral for imaging and specialist tests
Minor Procedures
Small treatments done in our own treatment room, usually within a fortnight of referral rather than months on a hospital list.

Travel & Occupational Health
Vaccinations and certificates for travel, employment, sport and driving, with a risk assessment for your specific itinerary.

Phone lines open thirty minutes before the clinic. Urgent same-day slots are released at 08:00 — calling early helps.

Closed on public holidays. Christmas and New Year hours are posted at reception in December.

How do I register as a new patient?
Bring photo ID and proof of address to reception, or ask us to post a registration pack. It takes about ten minutes and you can book an appointment straight away.
Can I book an appointment online?
Not yet. The form on this page sends us an enquiry and a receptionist calls you back to agree a time — usually within one working day. Live online booking is on our list for next year.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A list of any medication you take (the boxes themselves are ideal), details of past operations or allergies, and your previous practice’s name if you are transferring.
Do you offer telephone or video consultations?
Telephone consultations for follow-ups, results and repeat prescriptions. Anything needing an examination we would rather see you in person for.
How quickly will I get test results?
Most bloods and urine tests are processed on site and available the same day. Samples sent to the lab take three to five working days. We contact you either way.
Is there parking and step-free access?
Yes to both. Eighteen spaces including two accessible bays by the entrance, and the whole clinic is on one level with an accessible WC.
